Use of the IndxTeli API and console is subject to a written agreement covering service scope, fair use, liability and termination.

Message content, recipient identifiers and delivery metadata are processed to deliver and account for traffic, and are isolated per organization.

Unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, phishing, and traffic that violates local telecom regulation in Qatar or Zambia are prohibited.

Wallet credits are consumed per delivered message. Adjustments for failed or misrouted traffic are recorded as ledger entries with a stated reason.
